Kerrie - our operations co-ordinator

I began with messagemedia working in the helpdesk. A year later I'm now the Operations Co-Ordinator. I integrate with all departments in messagemedia concentrating on customer satisfaction, our products and our accounts.
Why did you decide to join messagemedia?

messagemedia is a fast growing company, to join early on presented a challenge to make a difference, to be able to refine our products and service and to be the best possible.

What interesting projects have you worked on at messagemedia?

Working across customer service, support and accounts I can see the difference I have made since I joined. I use systems that I helped design, processes that I put in place. It is extremely rewarding to know that I made that choice, that decision and the fact that it has made life easier for our users and team members.

What do you like most about working here?

At messagemedia, everyone makes a difference. It's an open, flexible and friendly team. To "own" our selected departments gives you more reason to do things right, to make things better and to be proud of the work you do.

What do you like least about working here?

Missing my train when I work late!
