IN THE BEGINNING...

MessageMedia began life in the year 2000 as Message4U. Our company founders saw enormous possibilities in SMS as a business tool, and after 12 months R&D, they released the first two way desktop-SMS service. This software allowed PC users to send and receive SMS messages directly from a desktop, an application that was soon embraced by business decision makers.

As MessageMedia developed, SMS use exploded in both commercial and business circles, and our total commitment to innovation saw us lead the industry through this early growth stage. Today, we’re expanding rapidly all over the world. MessageMedia has come a long way really quickly, but to us – we’ve only just begun.
